one of the best places is on the west side along the rr tracks. not much is expected to go on in that area is it is not used as much. I go there almost every day and meet some wonderful people. almost always we go somewhere else but I have played there many many times. just use your head.

Absolutely not safe! This park, among most in Indy, is often the focus of the Vice Squad... their goal is to keep it safe for families... so, don't go there thinking it is safe!

went to garfield friday about 9pm.i was the only non cop in the park.not safe,if you like jail,go for it.
