Etiquette
Cruise the store, making eye contact. Lots of hot guys working and shopping there. Very little attitude. If he looks back, tip your head, if he grins, grin back, if he adjusts his crotch head to the mens room. It's that easy. The mens room is very quiet, plenty of time to step back if the door opens.
Safety
Be cool. If you send a signal and he does not pick it up, then just walk away. Not everyone wants to hook up with you. Play it cool and you will find some action.
