Empty construction lot at the corner of Dudley and Van Vorst. This place along with the Hudson walkway have been becoming more popular with cruising activity. I just happened to find it walking home one day and had a great time with a couple of other hot guys.

Looks like this spot is lost to redevelopment. Went by this afternoon and there are construction trailers in the site and a sign for a coming restaurant. Too bad we are loosing downtown JC cruising locations fast.

Now that we are back to warmer weather any one want to play in the old maritime school area at night? This could be a great play area.
