Where exactly

Walk up Pier Road until you reach the Pier Car Park on the left hand-side. It is the same route as if you were going up to The Fort. before entering into the car park and/or take the lifts up to The Fort, there are washrooms just before the steps up to The Fort.

After 5.00pm or evenings. All day weekends. The toilets are always open.
