Where exactly

On South Eisenhower Drive, 2 blocks from the hospital, or 2 blocks north of 6th Street. Parking lots just off Eisenhower Drive.

Cruisiest spot: Take the walking trail over accross the dam, and go to the covered picnic table. Wait for other guys and rub crotch or act interested. Plenty of cover to go in the trees and get naked.
