Turn east off of Central Ave in Kent. Follow till road bifurcates, then go to the right. You can park anywhere along the road there and walk to the river.

The rest is up to you...Cruisiest Spot: Cruising is from the soccer fields in Kent, all the way to the park at the other end, by Green River golf course. Many places to park and hide in the bushes.
