Where exactly

Walk or Ride Bike along Path near beach. This will be to left of White Street Pier when facing Pier. There are 2 or three wooden walkways off path which go down to beach... this is where to hang out to meet people. Cross street: White St

Cruisiest spot: Beach at end of walkways to far left and in the center.

When to go

Dusk to 10pm sometimes later but hit or miss.

Etiquette

Be patient and try back if you don't get off the first time. Just met a real hot cuban guy.

Safety

A bit out in the open. Have never heard of a cop problem but always be cautious there too.
