Kingsford Lane - Wolverley
This a quiet country leafy lane. Absolutley ideal! Forget Kinver Edge toilets; too many people will be watching those when they re-open in the autumn. Stay in the woods and leave the toilets for the old men!
- Best time
- Gates are open from 7am til 7pm.
- Crowd
- Varies, but no old men. It's too hilly, so there's a plus!
- Watch out
- It's really safe; just pretend you've gone for a walk.

Kingsofrd Lane, Wolverley, Kidderminster Wheelchair: Not accessible
The guide
Where exactly
Drive from Kinver or Wolverley along Kingsford lane up from the Drakelow Tunnels complex. You will see a car park with toilets on. IGNORE THEM and park in the discreet hideaway car park opposite. The woods have been getting some action early mornings from 7am and after work 5:30 onwards. Cross street: A449
Cruisiest spot: Not hugely busy, but 4/5 guys wandering in the woods at any one time. Try to stick to the road i.e. in the woods, but go up the hill in the thickest part, not the main walker's paths.
When to go
Gates are open from 7am til 7pm.
Sunset today · Sunrise tomorrow
Etiquette
Just make some eye contact, guys. Don't just sit in your cars. You look like you're casing the joint!
Nudity: Yes / In the thickest woods following the road. You'll see the ferns have gone mad, a good few paths.
Safety
It's really safe; just pretend you've gone for a walk. You'll soon know that the geniune site users go up the main paths.
