Cruisiest spot: Seems to be the upperend near the old train station that is a bank now. Very cool place to cruise.

Evenings after 8pm, the stores close and the cruising begins and lasts till daylight.
Etiquette
I always park and let the guys cruise me.... I turn off the headlights and wait till some guy keeps driving by and eventually stops to "chat".
