East of Lansing on Grand River. 1/4 mile East of Meridian on North side of Grand River. West of Williamston, MI. a few miles. Cross street: Grand River & Meridian Rd.
Cruisiest spot: Park in front of rest-rooms. Make eye contact with others that pull up. Follow each other into rest-room. Some might walk under bridge.
When to go
24 / 7. Rest rooms are closed in winter. Best times: I'm not sure about all times, I can only go there in the late afternoons.

I stopped there about 4pm today. Whats the best time? Writing on wall, so I know its active.Only thing I don't like is how open it is. I have had some luck there before.
