Where exactly
The rest area is past the St. John exits and then just after the Price Rd. exit. Cross street: Past the Price Rd. exit
Cruisiest spot: Bathrooms are best.
When to go
Anytime is good. It's a rest area! :) Best times: There are a lot of people traveling on their way home from work so 5pm-7pm isn't the greatest, but the rest of the times are promising!

Etiquette
A little eye contact always helps! You can see the urinals via the reflection in the mirror. You can be washing your hands and watching others pee. Just see if someone is jiggling it a little more than normal. The foot tappin deal is also a possibility in the stalls.

As always, cops could easily stop through there but it doesn't really happen.
