10 am to 5 pm. Best times: Mid-morning, and mid-afternoon. Otherwise there are always guys going there to cruise anytime.

Stand at the urinals and wash area.

cruiser update 3/5/2009:There is now a camera on the door going in and actually one in the toilet itself! Local traders and market stallholders use the toilet for its purpose so be discreet. Police at times may surprisingly come in to check the area.
