Cruisiest spot: Uni- Restroom - located outside in back of building.

24 hours Best times: Very Early Mornings 4a-6a or Evenings 4p-7p.
Etiquette
Leave msg on wall or park by vacum/air/carwash wait til someone is there to cruise then rub crotch while going inside restroom, leave door unlocked.
