Enter main Barbican complex and go downstairs to men's toilets on lower floor close to theatre/auditorium.
Cruisiest spot: Seems pretty safe in there as you can hear anyone coming as entrance to toilets goes into sink area. Urinals are through another door and are very long.
When to go
Not sure, was in there between 11:30 - 2pm last Friday. Best times: Probably lunchtime, although it's probably quiet most of the day and would be a good place to go with someone you've just met.
