Drive to the furthest point southeast in the parking lot. There's an opening on the south side. Enter there and take a walk along the path. It's quite long, with a few spots you can make a detour. Lots of trees and seclusion. Update, August 2002: driveways sealed off when arena not in use. Wooded area no longer accessible by car.
