I have had lots of luck in the bathrooms here. I have usually eye people up in the magazines section, then take it to the bathroom where the 3rd is nice and big and makes for easy play without being seen.

It is right across from east towne mall. You take E. Washington ave to Zeier Rd. and will be on the left hand side.
When to go
Usually around lunch is best for me 11 till about 2 or 3.

I would just be careful, and be sure the other person is interested. And be smart and don't cause a scene.
