Just go in, sit and wait.. it will happen, depending on the time. If these college boys can't find a girl to play with, this is where they show up.
Safety
Campus security here is SO clueless, I doubt they even KNOW there's a library - Not as if any of those Gomer Pyles can read to begin with. You're pretty safe here. The risk comes from being caught by unexpected visitors.
