Where exactly

Take PA Route 86 north of Meadville and turn right at sign to Woodcock Lake. Take PA Route 77 to Blooming Valley and turn left at sign to Woodcock. cruiser adds: Go past lake lookout to Cololnel lake park turnoff. Go across bridge then left onto dirt road then left onto pavement. to lower parking lot

Just sit in car and wait for your guy. Lots of trails and bike paths.
