Downtown Meadville, primary road in downtown is Park Ave., follow to Chestnut. Otters is on the corner. Cross street: Park Ave.

Etiquette

Easy to make eye contact at the bar rather than at tables. Often find guys in pairs there. Often a quick trip to the mens room with someone who has made eye-contact results in a connection and plans to go someplace private.

Nudity: Nothing openly in public beyond touching. .
