Where exactly

1. Head north on I-95 N. 2. Take exit 1B toward US-41/ SW 8th St/ Brickell Ave. 3. Combine onto SW third Ave. 4. Transform right onto SW 8th St/ Carlos Arboleya Blvd. 5. Transform right at the 3rd cross road onto SW 1st Ave. Location will get on the left. By Train: Obtain off on the Brickell Quit and also you are there. By Metromover: Get off on the 10th Street terminal on the Brickell loophole as well as walk a block west. Car parking is offered in a garage on site.

When to go

Afternoons, after work are good up until about 8pm or so. Also, weekend afternoons are great.

Etiquette

Check the men's room by the elevator on the first floor near LA Fitness. Stand at a urinal and wait for someone to enter, or chill in a stall. Also, sometimes guys just kinda hanging out checking out the scene in the atrium area.
