Where exactly
Get subway M1 (red line) to Molino Dorino. Get off at Amendola-Fiera or Lotto-Fiera2 stations. Alternatively jump on a FNM train at Cadorna station and hop off at Domodossola-Fiera station.
Cruisiest spot: All restrooms/toilets in every pavillon - Better the old ones near the South area of the Fair (pav.10 toilet are really good!) - Just be patient and you'll find some businessmen looking for some action.

Plenty of urinals and cubicles. Make eye contact or pick up someone at the urinals and finish the work off inside the cubicles.
