This place is very busy during the daytime, but late at night (after midnight on weekdays and after bars close on weekends) you can often find guys (usually younger guys) walking on the riverwalk looking for action. I a guy off on some grass behind the alehouse a couple of weeks ago. Very hot. Just be very discreet of course.
