This the washroom in (under) the food court - open to all. Honestly, this is more for voyeurs, since the door is open all the time. If you sit in the closest to the row of urinals, you can watch guys (businessmen especially) for you. When things are more quiet, you can play a little.

Where exactly

In Place Ville-Marie (connected to the underground city, train station, Eaton Centre), find the food court (it's in the middle of the floor). Towards the back of the food court, there's a narrow set of stairs leading down to the washrooms - just follow the signs. Note: don't confuse it with the wider staircase that leads to the parking garage.

When to go

Open as long as the mall is open, but best around 4:30 to 6:00 on weekdays to catch businessmen on their way home.

Etiquette

Sit in the nearest the urinals.

Nudity: Public shopping centre - be discrete.

Safety

I've never seen security come in.
