Where exactly
The very top floor of Place Montreal Trust (corner of McGill College and Ste-Catherine, the mall with Indigo and Winners in it). At the top of the escalator, take the service corridor that's ahead and to the right and follow the signs.
When to go
Best times seem to be between 4 and 6 on weekdays, but probably at lunchtime too.
Etiquette
There's a gym on the floor and the mall is connected to a large office building, so there's a good mix of guys fresh from a workout and business men, plus regular shoppers, etc.
Nudity: Public place - use common sense.
Safety
The security office is close by, but as long as you're quiet you can do anything. You can hear them coming a mile away by the jangling of their keys. Urinals are totally obscured from view of the door - lots of time to zip up and "look normal."
