The guide
Where exactly
The trail is paved and runs along the Monongahela eastern riverfront adjacent to West Virginia University, Hazel Ruby McQuain Park, and Historic Downtown Morgantown. It stretches from city limits to city limits, then it's just a dust trail. Cross street: Waterfront Place
Cruisiest spot: The area by and past the Radisson Hotel (south side of the city). Lots of hidden spots between the trail and the river.
When to go
Lunch hours, late evenings, night-time
Sunset today · Sunrise tomorrow
Etiquette
Make eye-contact, and see if he will follow you to a hidden spot. I ran into the cutest college guy that way; he wanted to nut after his jog.
Safety
Lots of women, and families go there to jog, power-walk, skate, walk, etc... so be considerate of them when cruising.
