Where exactly

Cross PA/WV line at Mt Morris, Pa. Go North on I-79. Rest area is this first one you come to when you enter WV.

Cruisiest spot: Pull either on the entrance, or towards the end. Sometimes you can park close to the door.

When to go

Open 24 Hours. Best times: Travelers-all the time. Locals-lunch time and evenings. Best times I found are after 9pm. Great time to meet is when local boys are coming home from the bars in Pittsburgh. So, after 2am is HOT!

Etiquette

2 ways work best. 1. Sit in car, watch for other fewllow cruisers. 2. Stand at urinals and play, or sit in the and tap foot as someone comes in. Either works.

Safety

So far, the only peeve is that it is very hit or miss. LATE nights are best. NONE
