Where exactly

You can't miss the signs. Look for the Old Time Water Tower with Seneca Center on it. Walk in the main floor entrance, there are 2 ways to get the bottom floor. Bathroom is closest to the wall on the west side of the building. Cross street: Close to 8th Ave and the Water Treatment Station.

Cruisiest spot: The bathroom on the lower level.*brThere are 2 urinals, and 2 s.brThe s are from floor to ceiling, with locks on the doors.br*Very private. If you are good enough, and quiet enough, you CAN in there.

When to go

Open 7 days a week. Around 9am till 5/6pm. Best times: Best times are around noon. With the restaurant open downstairs, you can meet after5pm too.

Etiquette

Hang out watching to see who goes in and out of the bathroom. If you want someone to come in, sit in the , or stand, leaving the door ajar and keep peeking out.

Safety

The only pet peeve is, there are only 2 s. So you have to get in and get out so other guys can come in. Dont hang around the bathroom itself. Walk around a little bit, looking at the antiques or hanging out.
