The sign on the street description says "theaters" - is there a theater here and, if so, is it active?

Does anyone in National City go to this place. I remember going to this place when it first opened in the 90's. I would imagine a lot of the navy men would hang out here. It's been in business a long time. Any one want to help me out here....any glory holes?
