East Rodney French Blvd. past Davy's Locker and the Mill. There is two homes directly on the water. The spot is in front of Seaview Ter. Street either on the wall or on the beach. Cross street: Seaview Ter. is directly across the street.

All day, very good on nice sunny days. Park your car and sit on the wall. Gay men bike, blade, walk and tan in this area.
