The guide

Where exactly

off College Ave. behind Brower Commons. Turn off at Exit 9. After toll booths bear to the right; follow signs for "Route 18 North - New Brunswick." Proceed along Route 18 North past the two exits for "Route 27" and take the exit marked "George Street-Rutgers University" (approximately 2.6 miles from Turnpike)(Note: This is the 2nd George St. exit). At the top of the exit ramp bear right onto George Street heading towards Records Hall Cross street: off College Ave.

When to go

during the school year (Sept-May), open 24 hours most days, except Sunday mornings between 1 am and 11 am. Reduced hours in spring & summer but still cruisy. Best times: pretty active between 4-9 pm, other times hit or miss but students come in from the adjacent computer lab to fool around as late as 11-12 pm.

tap foot, make discreet contact before exposing yourself. Plus the hours are not set, they fluctuate pretty much by week
