Where exactly

in the northern panhandle 19 miles north of Weirton on WV Rt. 2, Tomlinson Run State Park is easily accessible by taking WV 8, north, where it intersects with WV 2 at New Cumberland, and following signs to the park which is just north of New Manchester, WV.

Cruisiest spot: Top shelter, lower shelter, outside toliet at end of lake, and the boy scout area.
