The park is cruisy after dark. Guys meet in the area behind the fountain for action. You'll see a large circular iron bench with a fountain in the middle of it. Guys cruise this area as well as the more wooded area behind the bench. Cruising extends all the way from the fountain area to the gazebos further back to the right. Lots of here. Guys in their 20's, 30's, and 40's.

Best time
Sunday through Thursday between 8pm and 11pm, always people there.
Watch out
Security Guard rides around about once an hour.

Where exactly

Situated on 6800 block of Saint Charles Avenue. Exit onto St. Charles Ave. Park will be on your left coming from downtown after you pass Calhoun St. Park along St. Charles.

When to go

Sunday through Thursday between 8pm and 11pm, always people there. Best times: After dark.

Etiquette

There's action here whenever I go, which ranges from once or twice a week, to every few months. It seems to be dead on weekends and whenever it's cold or wet. It seems to be a pretty safe place to hook up. Don't hassle people who aren't interested. Seriously. If someone keeps walking away from you, just take the hint. Good times.

Nudity: Some people are still jogging late at night, so be somewhat discreet. Although I've gotten blown sitting by the fountain as the streetcar passed by before. It's a pretty cool place.

Safety

Security Guard rides around about once an hour. You'll see the truck coming from a mile away. Just get back on the bike path and don't act weird and they won't bother you.

i went tonight for the firts time, saw two good looking guys playing around.... it was extremely hot. felt very safe. On the way out saw 3 guys walking aroud, two of them with bulges and grabbing them.
