Where exactly

Airline hwy. middle of the large strip mall. From downtown New Orleans just take Tulane towards the airport and it turns into Airline hwy.

When to go

Open 5-10 M-F 8-8 on Sat. and 8-4 Sunday. Best times are mornings 7-9:30am and afternoons 5-8.

Etiquette

Make eye contact on the gym floor and head to the showers and steam room. Keep the curtain open a little on the shower and watch for someone to use the other and do the same. Steam room is easy to see if someone is heading towards it from inside.
