The nearest metro station is Haymarket, which is in Newcastle City Centre, from there go to Northumberland Street ( the main shopping area), and take a left onto Northumberland Road. Follow this road all the way to Northumbria University, the Sports Centre is at the end on the left.
When to go
Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 10.00pm Saturday and Sunday 8.30am to 9.00pm Best times: Evenings 1730 onwards, full of students.
Etiquette
Hang around in the back changing rooms, handy to let people know you are going on cruise as well to arrange a meet.
Nudity: Its a changing room, however you feel comfortable - just no boners.
