The park is located at 900 Dover Dr Newport Beach. Take PCH south through Newport Beach. Make a left on Dover. If you're coming from the North, then make a right on Dover. The park is up on the right about a 1/4 mile. Cross street: Pacific Coast Highway

I swung by here around 11am yesterday and there was a cop car parked in the parking lot.

Thinking of checking this place out today around noon. I stopped by here a few weeks ago and it does have potential. The only problem is the familys that are at the playground.
