Where exactly
From US31/33 take US12 west to Bond St, turn right (north) and follow Bond till it becomes a dirt rd. The first curve has a public boat launch area that is worth sitting at. Continue on around the curve and there is a paved parking area with two picinc shelters. Cross street: Bond st and 3rd
Cruisiest spot: Both spots are good to cruise.
When to go
These areas can be cruised any time of day. Early morning before work till late evening.
Etiquette
At the boat launch just sit in your car and wait for someone to walk down the path. The other area is open near the parking lot but you can take a walk into the wooded area to meet someone or walk the riverbank.
Nudity: The parking area is way too open for that but if you take a walk into the woods and are very careful it can (and has) been done.
Safety
The police do come through once in a while so just don't do anything out in the open.
