Where exactly
From 64 take military highway exit south. Follow it to military circle mall. Come all the way around til you get to sears and park in the entrance for mens clothing. Bathroom is on second floor. Go near photo studio and you will see a hallway and a sign that says restrooms. Cross street: Va Beach Blvd and Glenrock Road
Cruisiest spot: Middle of near urinals.
