Where exactly
As you come out of the tunnel on _64 on the Norfolk side there is a boat marina storage place on the right. Make the right liek your going into the place then a sharp left onto the main road. Take the road down about maybe a mile on the curve to the left as your on the curve there is a boat ramp on your right with a large parking lot, this is the one.
When to go
Any time is always good.

The whole parking lot is good.
Nudity: Nothing that I could see.

Never have seen any police around but you still need to watch out for any thing and every thing.
