I have been there a couple of time, but it was not good timing, full of tourist and family. When is it best to get it on over there ? i'm always there before noon on my way south.

Used the can on the way by. Writing on the wall for tonight. As I was leaving, maintenance arrived to paint over it. Conclusion: somebody's patrolling.

Lookout closed due to highway construction. Looks like it may not open again the way they have area torn up.
