Where exactly
From Loop 820 go south on Rufe Snow, merge right before the second light at Glenview Dr. The first Apartment complex on your right, take the first driveway. Wait for an open gate, then take your first left the clubhouse is on the left, park then go to hot tub. Cross street: Rufe Snow
Cruisiest spot: In the hot tub, but take it elsewhere unless it is not too busy.
When to go
The evenings are best for the hot tub, residents and non-residents use the hot tub, some wear very revealing clothes, I have seen s right through shorts an pubes from very low cut shorts.
Etiquette
Sit in the hot tub for someone to enter, I have had underwater fun several times from a resident there.
Nudity: When they get out of the hot tub, nothing hotter than a swimsuit or shorts clinging to their and butt. Even sometimes a semi hard on.
Safety
Having to wait for a resident to enter and open the gate. None that I know of yet, other than to take it slow.
