Where exactly

just head for the royal quays shopping center once there you cant miss it. its the huge building that says JJB on it.

When to go

not sure on best times yet just trying to get it up and running. its quiet at night after 8 and during the day is very quiet as well.

Etiquette

cruisiest spot is deffo in the huge steam room its very good in there.

Nudity: nudity is not allowed with it being a gym but its still easy enough for action.

Safety

its not a gay gym. its a normal gym and there are some straight people about so be curtious.
