This has in the past been a very cruisy spot and to a lot of extent still is. One thing I noticed lately is that a lot of older guys are frequent users but most of them still get it up and are a lot of fun.

9:00 am to 7pm. Best times: Hit and miss.
Crowd
Young, old, business types, mall rats.
Watch out
Either security or the cleaning crew show up about every hour so be careful.
