Southbound on I-295, between exits 52 and 53.

Cruisiest spot: Park on right, along sidewalk with wooded area on your right.

State police have a building there, although seldom occupied. A lot of old trolls. Watch for troopers.

FYI The I-95 Northbound weigh station entrance has now been blocked with traffic barrels and gated with big CLOSED signs attached. I would assume that this is not a seasonal closure type of thing since it's not an overlook or anything like that, most likely closed for good. The southbound side is still used as a weigh station, but both sides are now closed to public traffic.
