Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka City. Easiest is to take the Midosuji Line and get off at Nagai. Or the JR Hanwa Line (express trains don't stop here, so take your time).

Cruisiest spot: The stadiums -- there is a hole in the fence to climb through, or the path that runs by the hole in the fence.
