Where exactly

Tram 17 or 18 to Stensgaten (direction "Rikshospitalet"). Walk north along Stensgaten from the tram stop for 1 block, and you will find he park on your left hand. Take the stairs up to the left of the small fountain.

Cruisiest spot: The best area is located around the highest spot - at the northenmost end of the park.
