Get out and walk around. Be brave and flash. Show that you are interested.
Nudity: Yes / Not official but have seen guys naked or almost naked in their cars and occassionally wlking around.
Safety
cruiser adds: this island is a Family picnic area so cruising may be fine during the day but definitaly not for out door ! That kind of indiscrete behavior has attracted the attention of the police, and of course, as a consequence there have been a number of crackdowns at precisely 10:00 pm to flush everyone out of the parking lot. People need to exercise some common sense.

There were RCMP cars there on Wednesday the 17th.. a car was being towed- I will be stopping on the Ottawa side of the Champlain and walking the bike trail for this summer.

Yeah, was there on Thurs night around 9:45 and cops were walking through the place. Including in through the bushes.

my guess they are heading indoors now due to Brrrrrrr most likely looking for hookups with another guy at his place or dropping into 1in10's backroom on Bank Str. or majxxx's cinema on Montreal Rd. or saving up big loads and dropping into the bathhouses on weekends. sure a car can be warm but awkward
