Where exactly
Take 435 to Metcalf. Go south to 119th St. Metcalf will veer off to the left. Take a left at the first light south of 119th St. Cross street: 119th and Metcalf
Cruisiest spot: Showers. You can get some nice shows. Be careful though, this is not an openly gay gym.
When to go
Open 24 hours. Best times: In the mornings during the week or after work are the best times to see in the showers. If you want more privacy go after 8 p.m.
Etiquette
Show yourself in the shower and discreetly look. Look to see if other guys are doing the same. Sometimes they'll pull on their s.
Safety
The steam room, sauna, and hot tub are co-ed. Howevever, the executive locker room has a male only sauna. Just be smart guys - it is a public gym.
