Where exactly

On west side of town, take Industrial Dr 3 miles out and turn right at sign. Its very rural by then.

Cruisiest spot: Can do anything you want in the trees. There must be a forest of trees from all the seed shot there.

When to go

I've been there mostly in the daytime and there's always someone there.

Etiquette

Drive around the parking lot and look at who's looking at you. In summer there might actually be some boaters there, so don't do anything stupid.
