Where exactly

Take 95 to Bridge St. exit Take bridge to Frankford. Either drive-by(not reccomended) or park and walk about. Then when you find him, you can go back to car. Many alleys and "spots" in entire area. Don't go past Frankford Hospital. Cross street: Frankford Ave and Bustleton Ave
