Where exactly

Go along the highway towards Whyalla go thru traffic light up the hill first turn left which is shirley street go down about 1 km until u come to a park on the left hand side go down the side st until you come to the water tower.

When to go

Anytime mainly night time thru to early morning.

Be careful alot of people go there tourist etc all ages.

There is a toilet block in the park opposite the tower it's locked after 7 pm some leave msg on the door or numbers.
